Open Source (GitHub)

All software and documentation developed as part of the HTMDEC initiative will be maintained in the htmdec/ GitHub organization. Private repositories may be used when needed, but access will be provided to seedling members as needed.

Software (and documentation) artifacts include:

• htmdec/table_view - Table Viewer for Girder (supports xlsx)

• htmdec/item_previews - Preview images/videos in Girder

• whole-tale/synced_folders - Synchronize imported folders

• Xarthisius/girder-dataflows - Add support for OpenMSI and Dagster to Girder

• htmdec/ALPSS - Fork of Diamond’s ALPSS package for PDV analysis
